This particular item proved exactly what my brother wanted and needed. He works with a high customer clientele and needed a watch, which would appear professional and was thrilled with this choice. The pricing and the prompt delivery were again, phenomenal. I have yet to have any unsatisfactory service and plan to continue shopping with Amazon. Thank you Amazon.

Solid construction, hefty in weight, great styling. Very pleased so far with this watch. I have owned Seiko watches for 30 years and have always had good results and service from them and will continue to buy them. Only complaint about this watch is the alarm, which is difficult to set and the alarm “hands” can get out of step with the actual watch time. Also, the alarm sound level is low and I would not depend on it for a wake up alarm. However, as I don’t use the alarm, this is not a problem for me.

I purchased this watch for my husband and he loved it. We received the watch and it had several scratches on it. I emailed the company and they emailed me a return UPS label to return to them and then they sent me a new one. They were very easy to deal with. We’re very happy with our purchase!

This is my fourth top-of-the-line Seiko watch. Of the four Seiko watches I have, this is by far my favorite. Of the 21 upscale watches I own, 3 of which are Rolex, the Coutura Alarm Chronograph (SNA410) is still my most favored watch. The online price of this watch made it the best bargain I have in my collection.
